Amazon Seller Central Specialist
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You must be highly-experienced with Amazon and know the Sellers Central Rules inside and out.
- Listing creation/editing and resolving issues. (Complete Knowledge of Flat Files)
- Inventory check (suppressed/incomplete/removed detail pages)
- Shipment issues (get the missing units back to inventory or reimbursement of lost units in a shipment).
- Resolving pricing health issues.
- Resolving product compliance issues (Complete Knowledge of Amazon Guidelines)
- Dealing with all the metrics of performance
- Efficient in resolving FBA issues.
- Efficient in raising case logs and hopping on calls with the Amazon seller support
- Takes complete ownership of the Amazon seller account and keep outside spending in line with revenues
- Oversees Seller Central platform to ensure the products are generating sales and moving up in product category rankings
- Provides recommendations and monitors strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display, network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
- Target the right audience to drive qualified traffic as well as increasing their ROI and reducing ACOS
- Expert Level PPC (Keyword Research, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display)
- Open and handle Amazon case creation and/or appeals for any major concerns while avoiding any potential violations. This covers all Amazon related issues
- Develop and implement inventory plans to match the sales plans
- Work with other divisions to maximize inventory
- Create and report on key performance indicators to ensure metrics are in good standing
- Pull metrics reports, analyse the data, and action resolutions to make improvements
- Analyse, monitor, and report account performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing
- Coordinate content and website assets to various developmental teams within the organization for sales performance optimization
- Identify sales performance issues and other problems and formulation of resolution
- Optimize for the increase of listing visibility and traffic through appropriate tools and promotions
- Facilitate market research for new products trends and competitive pricing and logistics
- Strong familiarity with Amazon Policies, Amazon Seller Central, Case creations and appeals, Listing’s compliance, Account Health reviews, and overall Amazon’s Terms of Service through and through

- All-around experience with Amazon including Seller Central and Amazon Compliance
- A top-notch trouble-shooter. You enjoy challenges and research. When issues arise, you approach them positively and you solve them
- Highly detail-oriented and organized. You know and have had experience with Amazon’s different departments, and you know how and when to access them and can lay out the relevant facts appropriate for the situation
- Expert on Amazon Seller Central. You know the ins and outs and can quote the rules by heart
- Experienced with inventory management. You know how Amazon forecasts and how a good Amazon seller forecasts its products. You also understand Amazon’s unfulfillable inventory, removal orders, and stranded inventory troubleshooting
- An expert at Amazon Compliance, including understanding unlocking gated categories
- Expert level user of Helium 10, Amazon research, and SEO
- Knowledgeable of Amazon ads & attribution
- Experience with Seller Central business reports
